AZ/88 is a modern saloon with award winning cocktails and classic cuisine. Since 1988, the interior of minimal design supports ever- changing works of art, not unlike a gallery or it’s two neighboring museums.
We had so much fun at this place! My friends ordered the Sour Apple and Sidecar, and I opted for the Cosmopolitan. My drink came with Smirnoff Citrus, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and lime juice.
Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour

Housed inside the former Arizona Prohibition Headquarters at the historic Luhrs Building in downtown Phoenix, Bitter & Twisted is both a stylish eatery and hip drinking space, with innovative bar bites and a world-class, award-winning, and globally recognized cocktail program.
All their cocktails are expertly made using only premium spirits, the freshest of fruits, herbs and the tastiest of bitters and tonics. In addition, Bitter & Twisted has a variety of spirits, craft beers and wines available for those who want to stick to exactly what they already know and enjoy.
If you’re looking for one of the best spots to go out for drinks, this is the spot! I had the Slap n’ Tickle with house-infused toasted coconut rum and sloe gin mixed with fresh lemon and lime juices and Sweetened with a touch of mango and served on the rocks.

Little Rituals is a 75-seat award-winning cocktail lounge that is uniquely Phoenix. The bar stock only the highest quality spirits; we fresh squeeze all citrus juice in-house daily, and painstakingly create dozens of syrups, infusions, tinctures, foams, flawless ice and garnishes using modern techniques & technology.
If you stop by this place, I would recommend trying the Honeysuckle Spritz; Honeysuckle Contrato, Ketel One Peach and Orange Blossom, citrus, local honey, and prosecco.
Other drinks that caught my eye were the Redcurrant Fix, Hopeless Romantic, and Sidepiece. I’ll be ordering those next time I pop into this spot!

Experience Highball, Downtown Phoenix’s cozy yet elevated neighborhood cocktail bar and lounge, featuring a rousing collection of spirits and invigorating cocktails.
Curated for the adventurous, cocktail forward and late-night revelers, industry folk, and everyone in between. The space features a beautiful copper bar, deep leather couches, exposed historic brick with touches of velvet & vintage wrought iron.
This spot has always been on my list of best bars. Whenever I’m here I get the same drink, the Against the Grain. It comes with vodka, goji berry infused Italian villa, creole shrub, pomegranate, citrus, and bitters.
Killer Whale Sex Club

Killer Whale Sex Club is a buzzing, quirky hangout whipping up sandwiches & finger foods, plus unique cocktails, beer & wine.
I really loved this place, so I’ll be coming back soon. When I was here I ordered the Lemon Drop with limoncello, orange peel, and vodka . Some other drinks that the bartender recommended were the Green Tea, or Killer Mojito.
Platform 18 at Century Grand

Take a trip back in time. You and your party will depart from Platform 18 in a glamorous, Presidential Pullman-inspired train car, residing inside Century Grand.
If you haven’t experienced Platform 18 for yourself, you’re in for a one-of-a-kind experience that we bet you’ve never had (especially in a bar!) The train bar’s immersive and elevated cocktail experience comfortably seats 36 guests.
This is one of the most popular bars in the area, so you’ll be sure to have a good time. I ordered a few drinks, but my favorite ended up being the Evergreen.

UnderTow is a nautical-inspired craft cocktail bar serving worldly and tropical cocktails from the team of Barter & Shake Cocktail Entertainment.
I really loved the drink I ordered, Alchemy of the Dammed with buchu infused botanist gin, banks 7 yr blended rum, falernum, guava, passion fruit, orgeat, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Our bartender also recommended a few of the other drinks on the menu; Scarred for Life, Cures & Mysteries, and Land to Starboard.
Provision Coffee Bar

PROVISION is a specialty coffee roaster, cocktail bar, and eatery in Phoenix, AZ. They take their food and drinks very seriously, and really like plywood.
The bartender at this spot recommended the Cupid’s Arrow with Espresso, Mediterranean tonic, Rishi sparkling elderberry maqui, blood orange, almond syrup, saffron & rhubarb bitters, garnished with torched rosemary, so I had to try it! The group of friends I was with ordered the The Penicillin, Mexico City After Midnight, and Havana Nights, Cannonball, and Paradise Punch.

Garden Bar Phx is a warm & welcoming take on a neighborhood Cocktail Bar. Located in an adapted 1914 California bungalow in the South Roosevelt District of downtown Phoenix, guests can explore our rooms and intimate little spaces, as well as our dog-friendly outdoor patio & porch.
Their offerings include a carefully curated collection of seasonal cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic options, as well as grazing boards (charcuterie) and a Sunday Brunch menu.
I highly recommend trying the Torched Hemingway Daiquiri, Thai Negroni, and KILROY was here. My favorite cocktail was the French Countryside Lemonade with armagnac, chamomile, lemon, and club soda.

A veteran owned and family run craft cidery & taproom in Downtown Mesa. Find 15 cider styles on tap, cider flights, cider slushies, and take-away canned 4-packs. BYOF or enjoy Myke’s Pizza, Pair Specialty Coffee & Tea, rotating food trucks onsite.
We dropped by this spot one night and had a blast! If you end up visiting this bar, I would try the Sangrin Sangria, Semper Vera, or Strawberry Rhubarb Pie.

Greenwood Brewing is a woman-owned brewing company in downtown Phoenix. We are open for dine-in both inside our taproom, and in our large outdoor spaces! Come try our ever-rotating list of brews.
This place is one of my favorites! I came here with a group of co-workers and had a great time. I ordered the Queen of Tarts Apricot GOSE and loved it.

Merkin Vineyards Old Town Scottsdale is a handsome, casual industrial tasting room for locally produced wines & elevated seasonal plates.
My friends tried the Merkin Shinola and Caduceus Anubis and loved them! I had the Merkin Shinola Orancia and it was delicious!

Pigtails Downtown is a hidden gem located in Downtown Phoenix that specializes in unique specialty cocktails, delicious small bites, first class hospitality & good vibes.
My favorite drink on the menu is their Pot O’ Gold with Limavady Irish Whiskey, orange juice, demerara, sherry, and lucky charms coconut cordial. Other cocktails that looked amazing were the Ocean Avenue, Fresa Than a Muh Fucka, and Femme Fatale.

Tucked into its namesake historic Phoenix neighborhood, Windsor is a neighborhood bar and restaurant with a backyard-style patio packed full of your best friends.
High-quality wine and beer on tap, a robust selection of prohibition cocktails and a kitchen that cranks out casual and familiar bar food with an upscale twist.
The No. 88 was absolutely delicious and had hibiscus-infused gin, lavender, rose, and lemon. Other great cocktails I tried were the No. 41, No. 90, and No. 22. This spot is a must-visit!
Arizona Wilderness DTPHX

Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company was created to celebrate hand crafted, artisanal beers that are inspired by the beautiful and diverse state of Arizona.
My all time favorite drink at this spot is the Left Hook. It comes with Whiskey Del Bac Classic, acidulated AZ apple juice, Rango Orange Blossom honey, house 5-spice blend, and lemon and is absolutely delicious! I also tried the New Fashioned and WilderMule which were equally as good.

Located in the heart of Roosevelt Row, Downtown Phoenix’s Artist’s District, The Churchill is a locally focused community gathering space and home to ten small businesses: four restaurants, two bars, one wine shop, and three retail shops.
The space combines food, beverage, and retail with arts, music, and community in an urban development with a shared courtyard intended to inspire local connections and add creative experiences to an already vibrant community.
Enjoy craft cocktails like the Two Hearted IPA. Other great drink options include the Mescalero Stout and Salty Crew Blonde – Coronado.
The White Rabbit

The White Rabbit is a chic cocktail bar with a 1920s speakeasy theme, complete with a hidden entrance & a password. They go from classical inspiration into the creative fashioning of modern drink fare. The White Rabbit’s holy grail comes in the form of an elevated night-out experience paired with conceptual signature drinks.
My favorite drink is the Little Bird with Belvedere Vodka, lemon, rosemary, Giffard Crème de Framboise, Giffard Crème de Mûre, and Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur. Or you can try the Lucky One, Chasing Rabbits, and Hedonistic Chic.
