Located inside the Enterprise Zone’s hip Lux Hotel, Zuri Restaurant and Lounge is a New American restaurant and cocktail lounge with a fun, high-energy vibe.
Their outdoor patio surrounds the hotel pool, and the interior offers nightly entertainment. They have DJ-fueled pool parties and Karaoke nights weekly.

Located in an understated building in the heart of downtown Arlington, Hayters Bar & Lounge is a casual and laid-back bar serving high-quality craft cocktails and Texas-style bar snacks.
Hayters Bar & Lounge is a great place to unwind after work or as a worthy stop for a Friday bar-hopping destination.
I like to spend a Saturday evening enjoying a discounted Michelada to go with a plate of brisket nachos while I watch college football.

If you’re a beer snob, On Tap will be your favorite Arlington bar. Located in downtown Arlington, On Tap is a beer bar with an industrial-chic design and a knowledgeable staff that will guide you through an overwhelming selection of beers.
On Tap has over 50 rotating brews on tap, including beer, cider, Kombucha, and Root Beer. I got to sample a myriad of them, making for a fun, if not inebriating experience.

This island oasis Tiki bar nestled in the shadows of At&T Stadium in downtown Arlington is the best spot for tropical cocktails.
4 Kahunas is as authentic as tiki bars come, replete with straw roofs, hula-girl lamps, and skull and totem-shaped cocktail glasses.
They have a great menu of tropical cocktails, from classic to innovative. I had the Chief Lapu Lapu with dark and golden rum, passionfruit, orange, and lemon juice.
Plaza Pub

Established in 1955, Plaza Pub is an Arlington institution. Located in East Arlington, a block from FNTS Powerhouse Sports Complex, Plaza Pub is an Irish Pub with a dive bar feel.
It’s a historic hidden gem inside an indistinguishable brick building. They have a full bar with a long tap menu. I go there for a pint of Guinness and a game of darts.
Milo’s Bar

If you’re looking for an authentic Irish Pub, Hooligans Pub is your best bet. Located downtown in a rustic Irish tavern with wooden walls, a fireplace, and two-story ceilings, Hooligans Pub has a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.
In addition to an extensive list of Irish whiskey, spirits, and Irish beer, Hooligans has a full food menu. I loved their bacon cheeseburger with cottage fries.

Stumpy’s is a longstanding sports bar and live music venue in Interlochen across from the West Camp Trailer Park. Stumpy’s has a casual, no-frills atmosphere with pool tables and a full bar lined with flatscreen TVs broadcasting all the sports channels.
They have the best daily specials in town. I would also recommend going on Sundays for a free game of pool and discounted bloody mary’s.

The Old Cocktail Lounge is the latest Interlochen neighborhood favorite for cheap drinks and a mellow, casual atmosphere. The Old Cocktail Lounge is a welcoming spot where the bartenders learn your name.
They have weekly poker games on Mondays and drink specials on sports game days. My favorite part of The Old Cocktail Lounge is the free munchies that come along with orders of beer or cocktails.
