The Bulldog is one of my favorite places to grab a drink in Baton Rouge. They have an extensive craft beer selection, with over 100 beers on tap.
The vibe is fun and relaxed, with outdoor seating in a dog-friendly beer garden. They also have live music on the weekends and great food options, like burgers and waffle fries.
Hayride Scandal

In addition to being one of the best bars in Baton Rogue, Lousiana, Hayride Scandal has perhaps the best name of any bar. This rustic, Southern-style bar offers craft cocktails and live music.
I recommend their frozen bourbon smash and the fried green tomatoes for a tasty Southern twist on bar food. Don’t miss out on their happy hour!

If you’re looking for a classy, sophisticated experience and unique cocktails, Blend is the best bar in Baton Rogue.
The bartenders are knowledgeable and creative and offer a wide selection of wine and spirits. I love their seasonal cocktail menu, which uses fresh ingredients to create unique drinks.
Don’t skip the charcuterie boards, either.
