The Ultimate Guide to Eugene Oregon Bars

Eugene, Oregon is home to some of the best bars in the country.

Whether you’re looking for a place to catch the game and have a few beers, or you’re in the mood for a night out on the town, Eugene’s bar scene has something for everyone.

Here are some of our favorite bars in Eugene!


Starlight Lounge

Starlight Lounge is a lively watering hole here in Eugene that you do not want to miss when you get thirsty.

You can find Starlight Lounge off of Olive Street, not far from Downtown Eugene.

I love coming here after a long work week and blowing off some steam with a delicious cocktail or a few shots!


Luckey’s Club

Luckeys Club

Luckey’s is one of the oldest establishment in all of Eugene, so if you like history, this is the place to visit.

Operational sine 1911, Luckey’s Club has seen a few things.

Unfortunately, there is actually no smoking permitted isnide of Luckey’s, though, so you’ll have to take it outside.

I always come here whenever I’m in the mood for a beer and a stogie!


ColdFire Brewing Company

Coldfire Brewing is the brainchild of two brothers Dan and Stephen Hughes.

The pair takes inspiration from the master brewers of Europe and have been at it since 2001.

Over the years, they have honed their craft to perfection.

Definitely take some time to pay Coldfire Brewing a visit if you want a unique and flavorful brew that’s sure to quench your thirst.


The Jazz Station

Eugene, Oregon is home to a lively jazz community and The Jazz Station is at the epicenter of it all.

I come for the music and stay for the drinks here at The Jazz Station.

There’s nothing like coming here for a stiff gin cocktail while I immerse myself in the melodies of jazz masters at work on stage.

Be sure to check out The Jazz Station off of West Broadway near Downtown Eugene.


Level Up Arcade

If you like pinball, there’s no other place to come for drinks than Level Up Arcade.

They have an entire wall dedicated to pinball machines, plus they feature a live DJ on Fridays and Saturdays.

There’s no end to the fun times here at Level Up!

You can find Level Up Arcade in the heart of Downtown Eugene on the corner of Oak Street and East 13th Avenue.


First National Taphouse

Ever since 2013, First National Taphouse has been serving up cold beer and good vibes to the community of Eugene, Oregon.

This is definitely a place to stop by on a Friday night when you’re in the mood for a few brews and some Eastern European comfort food.

They have a massive selection of beers on tap here at First National Taphouse, but they also feature cocktails and plenty of wines to choose from , as well!


The Barn Light Bar

Up next is The Barn Light Bar.

This place is right near the Broadway Metro and Broadway Plaza in Downtown Eugene.

I like the location of this bar because it’s right in the heart of the action.

Plus, they’ve got some great drinks.

I usually opt for one of their craft beers, but The Barn Light Bar also has a lot of creative cocktails and various coffees to sip on, too.


The Keg

The Keg is where I like to go for a drink when I want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for some peace and quiet.

Located over off of West 11th Avenue, The Keg is a nice cozy spot to unwind after a long week.

I usually go for here for a nice whiskey cocktail and a burger, but their menu has plenty of other delicious choices to suit just about anyone.


Jameson’s Bar

Jameson's Bar

Jameson’s Bar is another Downtown hotspot to play pool and drnink until the early hours of the morning.

My favorite part of coming to Jameson’s is their trivia night, but any night you come by here is bound to be fun, no matter what.

They have an awesome beer selection at Jameson’s, so you won’t be going thirsty, that’s for sure!


The Pint Pot Public House

Last, but not least, is The Pint Pot Public House and they get bonus points for that alliteration.

I love this bar because of how cozy it is, plus the absolutely incerdible quality of their food.

I can never stop here without an order of poutine and some fine whiskey from their impressive selection.


Final Thoughts

These are just a few of my favorite places to go for a drink when I’m in Eugene, Oregon. This city has tons of fun bars, pubs, and more that never fail to provide a good time.
