It is an LGBTQ+ Karaoke Bar, but all are welcome! If you love to have a good time with friends, Wang Chung’s is the place for that. Don’t be shy, grab the mic!

They have won many Best of Hawaii and Best of Honolulu Awards for their modern Hapa cuisine, so check them out on your next visit!

On my last visit to the bar, I liked their live music, which happens Thursday and Friday. The food is South American Fusion, and the vibe is relaxed.

If you want an oceanfront lounge with views of Waikiki Beach, RumFire is the bar for you! Located inside the Sheraton Waikiki, this bar is open day and night to serve you great views and even better cocktails.

I loved the Sand & Sea cocktail to sip on during my stay!

EP Bar is perhaps the most niche, but an electric bar in Honolulu! One thing to note is that they do not seat parties over four because of the space.

However, once you are inside, you can enjoy highball drinks and vinyl records. This combination will make the night one remember!


Final Thoughts

Bars in the Honolulu area cater to locals and tourists alike. There is something for everyone, and there are bars for every type of occasion from fancy to relaxed! I enjoyed the bar scene in Honolulu on my last trip, and I am sure you will too.
