My favorite drink is the Sunset Bloody Mary with Tito’s Vodka, house-made bloody Mary mix, and filthy olive’s garnish. Or you can try the Tropical Collins Fizz, Summertime Spritz or Beehive.
South Pointe Tavern
40 South Pointe Dr #109, Miami Beach, FL 33139
Tucked away in the chic neighborhood of South of Fifth, South Pointe Tavern has quickly become Miami’s Favorite Local Bar. Featuring the largest selection of spirits in Miami Beach, the concept is driven by seasonally curated cocktails, executed to perfection, and served in a cool, comfortable atmosphere.
I got the Miami State of Mind cocktail which has silver tequila, fresh-pressed watermelon, cilantro, jalapeno, fresh lime, and roasted pineapple agave! Other drinks I would recommend are the Tavern Old Fashioned or Yo Ho Ho cocktail.
The Lido Bayside Grill
40 Island Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139
A gathering place for friends to share drinks and bayside bites, Lido Bayside Grill is guided by locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce. Plays on citrus and fermentation are woven throughout the menu, which includes expertly-grilled dishes, fried options, and chilled dishes. And yes, there will be plenty of frosé.
My favorite drink on the menu is their Paloma with tequila, mezcal, Pamplemousse, and grapefruit soda. Other cocktails that looked amazing were the Elixir Vegetal, Hot n’ Hazy and Lido Lemonade!
