When you’re spending the day in St. Pete Beach, look no further than Paradise Grille for your breakfast, lunch, or dinner needs. Their lavish spread will please your appetite to a T! They offer outdoor seating and carryout options. Their establishment is good for groups and kids.
We dropped by this spot one night and had a blast! If you end up visiting this bar, I would try the Bloody Mary, Tequila Sunrise, or Rum Punch.
Jimmy B’s Beach Bar
6200 Gulf Blvd, St Pete Beach, FL 33706
Life is good when the sun is shining, the beer is cold, and the beach is pristine as can be. At Jimmy B’s, that’s all the time. This is why Jimmy B’s frequently tops not only the list of best beach bars in St Petersburg, FL but also in Florida as a whole.
Jimmy B’s is a quintessential beachside hangout. Paved pathways lead directly from the wooden deck to the soft white sand of St. Pete Beach. Multiple bars serve up cold drinks and mouth-watering meals all day long.
My favorite drink is the Mudslide with Vodka, Irish cream, coffee liqueur & ice cream in a Hershey’s chocolate syrup rimmed glass topped with whipped cream. Or you can try the Banana Split, Bushwacker, and Pina Coladas.
Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill
7 Rockaway St, Clearwater, FL 33767
Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill is their largest venue, offering open-air beachfront dining right on the Gulf of Mexico. The stellar sunset views are a perfect pairing to their large selection of fresh seafood, sandwiches, their famous She Crab soup, and other Floribbean style dishes.
Rockaway also features live music daily from the best local artists, a lounge area with games and pool tables, and two large bars serving up the beach’s best rum runners and other refreshing beverages. Every day of the week is fun and energetic at Rockaway!
I got the Caribbean Passion cocktail which has Puerto Rican rum, Passoã passion fruit liqueur, orange juice, and pineapple juice! Other drinks I would recommend are the Hurricane Pass Punch, Basil Berry Cooler, and Loopy Lada.
10 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater, FL 33767
It’s laid back and casual. Been that way since they started in 1926. Here everyone’s somebody and nobody cares. They overlook the Gulf of Mexico; the beach is at their front door and the sunsets are pretty terrific.
There’s live entertainment most days, as long as they can find the extension cord. Great seafood, sizzling steak, chicken and seafood wraps, shrimp and crab chowder, smoked ribs, and their famous beach burgers.
My favorite drink on the menu is their Palm Rum Runner It’s the perfect blend of rum, blackberry brandy, banana liqueur, grenadine, and pineapple juice. Other cocktails that looked amazing were the Surf’s Up, Island Rum Punch, and Rita’s Oasis.
Caddy’s on the Beach
9000 W Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, FL 33706
The original Caddy’s offers dining and drinks directly on the sand while you watch the surf wash up from The Gulf of Mexico. A local’s favorite is known for its fresh dishes, live music, and complimentary beach amenities.
I highly recommend trying the Pain Killer, Graffiti Orange, and Strawberry Daiquiri. My favorite cocktail was the Cucumber Mojito with Stoli cucumber, muddled mint, lime juice, cucumber, simple syrup.
Mango’s Restaurant and Tiki Bar
17120 Gulf Blvd, North Redington Beach, FL 33708
Dine at Mangos Restaurant for great Floridian/Caribbean cuisine, either in cool comfort indoors or outdoors on their Verandah. Mangos are casual, yet elegant…you can see the water from any seat. Serving only the freshest seafood, steaks, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and more!
Join them at the Tiki Bar for a cocktail and a snack, and enjoy the fresh air, the sound of the waves along the shore, and breathtaking sunsets from the Tiki Bar.

When you think of Whiskey Joe’s, think of a warm tropical breeze, white sands, family fun, cold drinks, delicious grub, and killer sunsets.
Whiskey Joe’s invites you to grab a couple of their famous tacos in the dining room, soak up some sunshine and sweet waterfront views on their patio or relax under a palapa on their large private beach.
They also have a private event room or you can book our beach for an incredible time that you and your guests won’t forget!
My friends tried the Hurricane Juice, Strawberry Mule, and Bahama Mama and loved them! I had the Moscow Mule with New Amsterdam vodka, lime juice, ginger beer and it was delicious!

360° Rooftop is open daily, providing unprecedented panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Intracoastal Waterway, and downtown St. Pete. Kick back and savor the legendary sunsets over a crafted cocktail or glass of wine or some sun mid-day sun on one of their plush couches.
This is one of the most popular bars in the area, so you’ll be sure to have a good time. I ordered a few drinks, but my favorite ended up being the Espresso Martini.
