If you’re looking for where to get a drink, go to the basement of the Bottling Department of the Historic Pearl Brewery to find Jazz, TX, is one of the best cocktail bars.

This upscale jazz bar is perfect for gathering with friends, enjoying a great meal, and listening to live music.

Jazz, TX, has a fine selection of cocktails to choose from. Some of my favorites are their High Garden, Face the Tiger, and Desert Rose.

If you’re hungry while here, the creole shrimp tacos are perfect. They have an extensive list of spirits if you want something on the rocks.

Another great cocktail bar inside Pearl Brewery near Downtown San Antonio is Sternewirth.

The bar is swanky thanks to the vintage decor and historic cellar setting. The bar is elegant but still somehow laid-back.

As for the bar menu, they have a little bit of everything. While you can get a beer here, the cocktails are the star.

A few of the best ones I’ve tried are The Ghost Writer, The Elvis, and The Three Emmas.

The Esquire Tavern is one of the most fun places to go out in Downtown San Antonio.

The atmosphere here is sophisticated with vintage decor, the longest wooden bar in Texas, and bartenders that are more like artists.

The Esquire Tavern’s cocktail menu features something for everyone. If you want something classic, the French 75 is fantastic.

The Coupe There It Is is an excellent option for those who want to try a signature creation.

They have a late-night menu if you are hungry on a Friday or a Saturday evening.

You’ll find George’s Keep inside the Eilan Hotel and Spa.

As a hotel cocktail bar, the ambiance here is elegant and lively, especially on the weekends.

The bar is a comfortable spot whether visiting with friends or alone. You can even sit outside on a nice evening.

As for the cocktail menu, they have everything you’d expect them to. All of them have fun names with delicious ingredients.

If you only try one here, George’s Signature Cocktail should be it. A few ingredients are pineapple rum and strawberry.

Bohanan’s Prime Steaks and Seafood is in the heart of Downtown San Antonio by Travis Park.

It’s one of the best establishments in the city for fine dining, live jazz, and even better cocktails.

You can enjoy a cocktail at a table here, but I suggest snagging a seat in the cocktail lounge if possible.

The cocktail menu is sorted into categories like shaken, stirred, etc. Some popular ones are the Clean Sneak, Tio Mio, and Ranch Water.

Inside the stunning Hotel Havana is one of my favorite cocktail bars, Havana Bar.

It’s a little moody and romantic, and you’ll have no problem sitting and relaxing.

Havana Bar is fully stocked with various spirits and delicious cocktails for you to choose from.

Something about the ambiance here makes me want something classic, like an extra dirty martini or old-fashioned.

If you aren’t sure what you want, the bartenders are always happy to suggest something.

For those who want to enjoy a nice cocktail with a view, The Moon’s Daughters needs to be on your list.

This rooftop bar is gorgeous inside, with black, gold, and wooden features and a patio with city views.

The Moon’s Daughter’s cocktail menu is impressive, with tasty concoctions for everyone.

The Good Medicine cocktail is my favorite because it has CBD Sipsmith, lime, simple syrup, cucumber, and elderflower tonic.

Hugman’s Oasis is the perfect cocktail bar near the San Antonio Riverwalk if you’re craving a tropical escape.

The bar makes you feel like you’ve been transported to an island with tiki decor everywhere.

The house tiki cocktails are the most popular options on the menu, but they have several classic cocktails, too.

I suggest trying the Burn the Ship, Sneaky Pete, or whatever their seasonal frozen cocktail is at the time when you visit.

One of the most fun places to get drinks inside Hotel Havana is Ocho.

This cocktail bar and restaurant features Pan-Latin cuisine and decor and is an elegant spot to grab drinks.

While I tend to visit for brunch and grab a bloody Mary, their cocktail menu is still something to admire.

They make a mean espresso martini that’s perfect no matter what time of day you choose to pop in.

Paramour At The Phipps is another great rooftop bar in San Antonio with impressive cocktails.

The bar’s interior features eclectic vintage decor and furniture, and the patio has views you can’t get anywhere else.

The bar menu here features everything from beer to wine to spirits to hand-crafted cocktails.

I love that they offer their old-fashioned three ways.

The burnt sugar one is by far my favorite, but I also like their Tequila Mockingbird cocktail.

You’ll find Haunt inside The St. Anthony Hotel in Downtown San Antonio.

This bar is stunning, with modern gray walls, white leather sofas, and animal print chairs. It’s upscale without the pretentious vibe.

Haunt’s cocktail menu features everything you’d expect.

They have classic options like old-fashioned, a variety of martinis, and my personal favorite, mojitos.

Almost all their drinks have beautiful garnishes, making them Insta-worthy.
