Less than half a mile from the Space Needle, this bar is a casual spot with an excellent kitchen serving comfort food classics like fried chicken.

Rachel’s Ginger Beer is a block from Cal Anderson National Park and one of the best spots to get delicious handmade flavors of alcoholic and non-alcoholic ginger beer.

You can drink it straight or mix it into a cocktail. My favorite way to drink it is in one of Rachel’s famous Moscow Mules.

Bottlehouse

Bottlehouse is near Alvin Larkins Park, and it’s one of the friendliest places to have a drink on our list. My favorite thing on the menu is the authentic UK cider or the ginger beers.

Bottlehouse has lots of dark wood furnishings, so you’ll be tempted to sit and stay a while, and there are light bites available.

It’s intimate but not too stuffy, and they serve incredible tapas and a great beer types and wine selection.
