The Britannia Arms Almaden is a great bar to visit if you want to enjoy some live music in San Jose. It’s one of the best-known British-American pubs in the city, and it offers authentic bar food, a great patio, and a wide array of live musical performances throughout the week. I highly recommend trying out some of their classics, like Fish & Chips and Coconut Shrimp. The fried pickle spears are also super tasty, as are all the other items I tried on the menu.

55 South is a bar known for its cocktails. It is located in the heart of downtown San Jose. It’s another interesting place to stop by for drinks and to listen to some live music. They have a really great outdoor patio space with multiple tables and plenty of room to socialize with friends and enjoy their upscale menu. Make sure you try their tacos and pick out one of their specialty cocktails to try while you’re there.

The Loft Bar & Bistro is another fantastic place to visit to hear live music in the San Jose area. The bar is open seven days a week and offers dinner from 5 PM to 10 PM.
