The Davenport is at the end of a strip mall in the Montrose area of Houston. While it’s a bit further out than other options on this list, you shouldn’t rule this place out when you’re looking where to get a drink. I personally love the intimate feel that comes with bars of this size, which makes The Davenport one of the best nightclubs in Houston in my book. Being a bit more remote, it’s not as crowded as other places in the city and gives more opportunities for talking and hanging out.
