Audio Nightclub is one of my favorite places to go out in the city. You can find the club on the corner of Folsom and 11th Street between the Mission and Civic Center. I love the laid back atmosphere that allows you to chill while also being able to dance and party when the mood strikes. Don’t be fooled by the name of this nightclub. Public Works isn’t a city department that takes care of the streets. Instead, it’s one of the top destinations to have a great time with friends in the city. Nestled in the Mission district, Public Works is easy to reach on the public transportation line. The exterior of the building presents itself as an old industrial building. However, inside, you will instantly be consumed by loud music, bright lights, and a fantastic experience.
The Great Northern

Within Showplace Square, you will find another top nightclub destination in San Francisco. The Great Northern offers themed entertainment on a nightly basis, with a blend of Pride events, punk, electronica, and more. You can get to The Great Northern off of the 101 freeway. It’s a direct shot from there, located two blocks from Franklin Square. Reservations aren’t required; this fun place to get drinks is on a first come, first served basis and is also available for private events.
