It’s one of the best pubs in Philadelphia, thanks to its rich history, beer selection, and fun atmosphere.

This institution is on Drury Street in Midtown Village, not far from the Philadelphia City Hall.

Fergie’s Pub is one of the most popular places to go out in Center City.

It has the old-school feel of a traditional Irish pub, and I recommend visiting this establishment on a night with a live music or comedy show scheduled.

This TV-free pub has an excellent selection of bottled beer and tap beer.

You’ll also find a small wine list. This pub is on Samson Street, between S 12th and S 13th Street.

You’ll find a mix of college students from the nearby University of Pennsylvania, locals, and tourists.

I think it’s one of the best pubs in Philadelphia if you’re looking for a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Outdoor seating and events like trivia nights make for a memorable evening with friends!

The Black Sheep Pub & Restaurant is one of my favorite fun places in Philly.

Located in an old brick building, this traditional Irish pub has all the charm of a European establishment while serving modern American fare.

The beer selection alone is worth a trip to the Black Sheep, with around 30 imported and domestic beers available.

You’ll also find ciders, cocktails, wines, bourbons, whiskeys, and more.

This pub is in Center City West, within a block of Rittenhouse Square.

Moriarty’s Restaurant is one of my favorite spots for wings in Midtown Village.

I also love the laid-back atmosphere and the European-inspired decor.

The beer selection feels varied and accessible. I recommend this spot if you’re wondering where to get a drink with a group of friends who are new to European beers.

The bartenders are very knowledgeable and make some great recommendations!

Moriarty’s is at the corner of Walnut and Quince Street, within five blocks from Washington Square.


Dagwood’s Pub

You’ll also find a selection of ice-cold beer on tap and a varied bottled beer list with American, European, Canadian beers.

This popular Manayunk pub is near Pretzel Park, on Main Street and Roxborough Avenue.
