Without a doubt, HG Sply Co is one of the most vibrant rooftop bars in Dallas.
It’s definitely one of the most popular and I headed there early in my trip.
Along with your drinks, enjoy some Shrimp Ceviche or some of the other snacks.
The drinks menu is the star of the show at HG Sply Co.
There’s a wonderful draft beer menu to refresh you in the Texas heat, as well as frozen drinks and more.
HG Sply Co is just a few minutes’ drive from the Lower Greenville neighborhood.
The Henry

You feel like you’re a Dallas local (yet you still get a fantastic visitor’s welcome) when you visit The Henry.
The Henry describes itself as a neighborhood restaurant, and I can attest to its wonderful warm atmosphere.
You can find The Henry just a two-minute drive from North Harwood Street.
Make sure you arrange for a table on the Rooftop Bar & Lounge.
This space is in hot demand, so you might want to call in advance.
As well as some exciting draught beer offerings, The Henry offers a full drinks menu, including delicious cocktails, bourbon, and much more.

For a spectacular vista of the city’s skyline, look no further than The Gallery Rooftop Lounge.
I took lots of pictures during my visit to this Dallas landmark, and I encourage you to do the same.
As well as your drinks, enjoy the tasty small plates on offer.
The Gallery Rooftop Lounge is located at the Canvas Hotel.
It offers a full range of sophisticated beverages, including cocktails, wine, scotch, bourbon, and bubbly.
My favorite drink here is the Berry Rummy, which features spiced rum, black cherry puree, and more.

I don’t know about you, but I’m a big fan of Vietnamese cuisine!
That’s one of the reasons that Sky Blossom is one of my top picks for Dallas rooftop bars.
You can enjoy the breeze and views at this laidback rooftop location for lunch, dinner, and happy hour.
There is a full range of drink options here. I was especially impressed by the Specialty Cocktail menu.
My favorite? The Skinny Margarita. You’ll discover Sky Blossom just minutes from the Dallas Farmers Market.

Visit on a Friday or Saturday to enjoy time on the fun-loving rooftop patio.
Happiest Hour is the largest patio bar and lounge in the whole city of Dallas.

Upside West Village is a trendy rooftop bar that provides an outstanding view of the Dallas skyline.
As well as a bar, Upside West Village is a restaurant with an exciting light bites menu.
The vibe here is stylish yet relaxing.
When I visited here with friends, we enjoyed a shared plate, the Tandoori Chicken Bites.
For my drinks, I had a splendid Chardonnay wine. Upside West Village is located on the roof of the Canopy by HIlton Hotel in Uptown.

Make your way to the roof atop the 19th floor of the sophisticated Statler Hotel to find Waterproof.
This lounge has a sophisticated atmosphere with plenty of ways to indulge.
There’s even a luxurious pool on offer.
I was impressed by the drinks menu here, which includes wines, bubbles, beer, craft cocktails, and beer.
It was a hot day in Dallas when I went to Waterproof, so I ordered the Primo’s Signature Frozen Margarita. It was so refreshing.
Quarter Bar

Quarter Bar is a casual and quirky Dallas nightlife destination. It’s just a couple minutes distance from Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown.
The Quarter Bar has a small rooftop seating area, so make sure to get there early if you want a table.
You can always sit indoors if you don’t, but I highly recommend making the outdoor experience your priority.
I recommend checking out the draft beers on offer here.
There are some unique selections available, such as the Sierra Nevada Little Hazy.
STIRR

As well as indoor dining, STIRR also has a covered rooftop lounge that you should check out.
This well-known local establishment is a restaurant as well as a bar, so consider going there for a meal with your drinks.
The cocktails here are delicious. I recommend the Blood Orange Margarita, which features sparkling wine, lime juice, orange liquor, blood orange reduction, tequila, and more.
STIRR is located conveniently close to the legendary Deep Ellum neighborhood.

Don’t leave Dallas without visiting Sundown at Granada.
This restaurant includes a rooftop patio lounge, and you’ll discover it on Lower Greenville beside the Granada Theater.
Sundown at Granada has legendary views, and they’re especially great if you visit around sunset.
Sundown at Granada offers a full range of drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and liquor.
If you enjoy draft beer, check out some of the more unusual offerings, such as the Community Mosaic IPA TX.

If you love Mexican cuisine and want to visit a rooftop lounge, head over to Vidorra.
Part of this establishment is a covered rooftop patio seating area, with plenty of green plants for an outdoor atmosphere.
This lounge has a friendly and convivial vibe. Margaritas are one of Vidorra’s specialties.
They have several different varieties, such as The Vidorrita, La Dulche Caliente, and Gold Digger.
Vidorra is just a minute’s drive from Deep Ellum, an intriguing Dallas neighborhood.
Terilli’s

Terilli’s is a family-owned restaurant and Dallas institution.
As well as being a full restaurant offering an amazing range of delicious Italian cuisine, Terilli’s has a rooftop lounge.
There is quite limited seating, so make sure you make your plan early.
When I visited Terilli’s, I was excited to try one of their Famous Ice-Cold Martinis.
And boy, I certainly wasn’t disappointed! I chose the Bellini Martini, and it was delicious.
Terilli’s is just one minute’s drive from Goodwin Avenue.
