Anyone that has visited California can tell you that Venice Beach is one of the top destinations for locals and tourists alike. This incredible location is one of the most unique in Hollywood. Located in what used to be a silent movie theater, this building was taken over by musician Alan Dixon and turned into a recording studio in the 70s.
