Prosecco and peach purée in a Venetian classic.

Ingredients

  • Prosecco or sparkling wine chilled
  • Peach purée fresh or frozen peaches blended, peach nectar, or white peach purée
  • Peach slice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Take a champagne flute and pour chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine into it, filling the glass about halfway.
  • Add a spoonful of peach purée gently into the glass.
  • Using a spoon, stir the contents gently to ensure the peach purée mixes well with the sparkling wine.
  • For an extra touch, if desired, garnish the Bellini with a slice of fresh peach.
  • Adjust the amount of peach purée according to your taste preferences, allowing for variations in sweetness or fruitiness in your Bellini. You can also explore different types of sparkling wine or consider adding a splash of Aperol or seltzer to create unique twists on the classic Bellini recipe.

A Sage Cocktail presented in a classic, elegant glass, perhaps a lowball or a stemless martini glass. A fresh sage leaf should be the garnish, floating on top or resting on the rim of the glass. The drink itself should have a subtle green hue, suggesting the infusion of sage. The setting should be sophisticated, with the glass placed on a sleek, modern bar top. The background should be soft and slightly blurred, focusing the attention on the cocktail. The lighting should be warm and welcoming, highlighting the natural beauty and simplicity of the sage garnish.
