Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Aurora (45 mL)
  • ½ oz. Maraschino Liqueur (15 mL)
  • ½ oz. 1883 Violette Syrup (15 mL)
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice (15 mL)
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Remove the ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled Nick + Nora glass. Garnish with an edible flower and a dehydrated lemon wheel.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Chill your glass for at least 10 minutes so the drink stays cold longer
  • Shake harder than you think you need to (egg white foam needs power)
  • Always double strain to avoid ice chips and egg white bits
