- 1.5 oz Bacan Guaro 29
- 1 oz white grape juice
- 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
- Top with prosecco
- .5 oz fresh citrus juice grapefruit, orange, and lemon
- Citrus wedge for garnish grapefruit, orange, or lemon
- Star anise for garnish
- rosemary sprig for garnish
Add the Bacan Guaro 29, white grape juice, elderflower liqueur, and citrus juice to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake.
Stain over fresh ice into a wine glass. Top with prosecco (or club soda)
Garnish with a citrus wedge (we used grapefruit), star anise, and rosemary sprig
Serve immediately and enjoy your Bacan Winter Spritz!
