Add the coconut rum, white rum, pineapple juice, and freshly squeezed orange juice to a shaker tin.
Fill with ice and shake for 10–12 seconds, until well chilled.
Strain into a mimosa glass.
Top with chilled prosecco, leaving a little room at the top.
