Bahama Mama Mimosa

  • Add the coconut rum, white rum, pineapple juice, and freshly squeezed orange juice to a shaker tin.
  • Fill with ice and shake for 10–12 seconds, until well chilled.
  • Strain into a mimosa glass.
  • Top with chilled prosecco, leaving a little room at the top.
  • Slowly pour the grenadine over the back of a bar spoon so it sinks and creates a layered effect.
  • Slice an orange wheel in half and skewer it with a cherry in the center.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.
