Baja Blast Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz blanco tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.25 oz agave
  • Top with Mountain Dew Baja Blast
  • Sea salt for rim
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • If you want a salted rim, run a lime wedge around the edge of your glass and dip it in salt. Fill the glass with ice and set it aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and agave.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for about 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Gently pour Baja Blast on top (about 2–3 oz, depending on your glass).
  • Give it a quick, gentle stir so everything integrates without losing the fizz.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and you are set! Serve immediately and enjoy your Taco Bell paired with a Baja Blast Margarita!
