Ingredients

  • Cachaça - This Brazilian spirit is made from fermented sugarcane juice and it serves as the base of the cocktail.
  • Coconut milk or sweetened condensed milk - This adds creaminess and sweetness to the drink.
  • Lime juice - Freshly squeezed lime juice provides a tangy complement to the sweet and creamy ingredients.
  • Sugar or simple syrup - Use this to sweeten the cocktail to your preferred taste.
  • Ice - Crushed or cubed ice is essential for both blending and serving the cocktail.

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the cachaça, coconut milk or sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, sugar or simple syrup, and ice.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass, ideally over crushed ice.
  • Optionally, you can garnish the drink with a sprig of mint, a slice of lime, or a tropical fruit to add a visually appealing touch.
