  • 1.25 oz vanilla vodka
  • 0.75 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Licor 43
  • 0.5 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 0.5 oz Biscoff simple syrup recipe below
  • 1 egg white or 1 oz aquafaba
  • Rim + Garnish

Rim and Garnish:

Biscoff Simple Syrup: (for a smaller batch, half the ingredients)

Instructions

How to make the Biscoff Simple Syrup:

  • Add the Biscoff cookie butter, brown sugar, and water to a pot.
  • Bring to a light boil then simmer for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes, turn off heat and let cool
  • Strain into an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 2 weeks

For the Cocktail:

  • Take your martini or coupe glass and rim the edge with Biscoff cookie butter. Crush up a couple of Biscoff cookies and coat the rim.
  • Add the vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, liquor 43, Bailey’s, Biscoff simple syrup, and your egg white or aquafaba. Do a dry shake (shake all of the ingredients in the shaker without ice). Then add ice and shake all the ingredients again.
  • Double strain into your martini glass and serve immediately. Top with a biscoff cookie laying on the rim. Enjoy your Biscoff Martini!

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Chill your glass first so the foam stays firm longer
  • Dry shake hard (this is not the time for a gentle shake)
  • Double strain always for a smooth, velvety sip
