Blue Lagoon Rum Punch

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 16 oz white rum 2 cups
  • 16 oz pineapple juice
  • 6 oz blue curaçao
  • 24 oz Sprite
  • 1 orange sliced into small triangles
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions

  • Add white rum and blue curaçao into a large 64 oz pitcher or drink dispenser.
  • Pour in pineapple juice.
  • Add orange slices, blueberries, and pineapple chunks.
  • Stir gently until combined.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, add ice and pour in Sprite.
  • Stir lightly and serve over ice, making sure each glass gets some fruit. (Note: Set aside some extra fresh fruit for adding to the individual glasses.)
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the side of the glass.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Chill every ingredient before mixing so the punch stays cold longer.
  • Add the Sprite last to keep the bubbles lively.
  • Use fresh fruit for the brightest flavor and presentation.
