The Chamaguaro is a delicious cocktail from Michelin starred Elcielo Restaurant in Miami, FL.

  • 1 oz. Bacan Guaro 29
  • 3 oz. Champagne Brut or Nature, well chilled

Instructions

  • Add Bacan into a flute or coupe and top with chilled Champagne. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim.

  • Gently pour the Champagne down the side of the glass to maintain bubbles.
