- 1.5 oz yuzu liqueur
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3 oz prosecco
- 2 oz sparkling coconut yuzu water or coconut sparkling water
- Agave for rimming
- Toasted coconut for rimming

Add yuzu liqueur and lime juice to a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
Rim the side of a serving glass with agave, then dip into toasted coconut to coat.
Fill the glass with fresh ice and strain the shaken mixture into the glass.
Pour in 3 oz prosecco.
Top with sparkling coconut yuzu water.
Garnish with a dried lime wheel.
