- 2 oz brandy (60 ml)
- 2 oz spiced rum (60 ml)
- 6 oz whole milk (180 ml)
- 4 oz heavy cream (120 ml)
- Whole nutmeg cloves

- 8 large eggs
- 12 oz superfine baker's sugar
- 8 oz brandy
- 8 oz spiced rum
- 24 oz whole milk
- 16 oz heavy cream

Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the egg and sugar together until smooth.
- Slowly whisk in the milk and heavy cream.
- Stir in your choice of spirit.
- Pour the mixture into your glass and top with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
- Enjoy immediately for the freshest taste.
