Add the vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, RumChata, espresso, and Frangelico to a shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the espresso creates a thick, frothy foam.
Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with three espresso beans and lightly sift powdered sugar over the top.
Optional: Add a mini funnel cake garnish. Dust the funnel cake with powdered sugar before placing it on the glass or serving it alongside the cocktail.

Use freshly brewed espresso whenever possible.
Allow espresso to cool completely before mixing.
