Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1.5 oz cooled fresh espresso or strong cold brew
  • 1 oz RumChata
  • 1/2 oz Frangelico
  • 3 espresso beans for garnish
  • Powdered sugar for garnish
  • Mini funnel cake optional garnish

Instructions

  • Add the vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, RumChata, espresso, and Frangelico to a shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the espresso creates a thick, frothy foam.
  • Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with three espresso beans and lightly sift powdered sugar over the top.
  • Optional: Add a mini funnel cake garnish. Dust the funnel cake with powdered sugar before placing it on the glass or serving it alongside the cocktail.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Use freshly brewed espresso whenever possible.
  • Allow espresso to cool completely before mixing.
  • Shake longer than you think you need to for better foam.
