Made with LALO blanco, tart lime juice, and a homemade hibiscus-infused agave syrup, this cocktail is both refreshing and bright, perfect for your Independence Day celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz LALO Tequila
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz hibiscus-infused agave syrup Combine 1 cup of agave nectar, 1 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of hibiscus flowers in a saucepan. Simmer, then cool and strain.

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker tin and shake well.
  • Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass rimmed with Tajin seasoning.
  • Garnish with a hibiscus flower and a lime wheel for a vibrant finishing touch.
