Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 7 raspberries
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz LALO Tequila
  • .75 oz lime juice
  • Angostura drop garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake.
  • Add ice to shaker and shake again.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a drop of bitters.
  • Serve and enjoy.
