In a medium saucepan, heat water and sugar over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
Add in your lavender and immediately lower the heat.
Let it steep 5 minutes on low heat
Remove from heat, and cool for 20 minites or until completely cooled
Strain well into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks
