  • In a medium saucepan, heat water and sugar over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
  • Add in your lavender and immediately lower the heat.
  • Let it steep 5 minutes on low heat
  • Remove from heat, and cool for 20 minites or until completely cooled
  • Strain well into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks

Pro Tips

  • Do not over-steep lavender can become bitter if left too long
  • Use culinary-grade lavender for the best flavor
  • Taste as it cools to check the strength
