Equipment

  • 12 oz Highball Glass

Ingredients

  • 2-.25 inch Slices of cucumber
  • 2 oz Lost Irish
  • 0.5 oz St-Germain
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup

Instructions

  • In a shaker, muddle the cucumber slices.
  • Add remaining ingredients and fill shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously, and fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice
