Equipment

Ingredients

*Lucky Charms Cereal Milk:

  • Lucky Charms cereal
  • Milk of your choice, we used whole milk

**Marshmallow-Infused Whipped Vodka:

  • Whipped Cream Vodka we used Pinnacle
  • Lucky Charms Limited Edition Magic Clovers Marshmallows

Instructions

  • To start, add 1 cup of Lucky Charms cereal and 1 cup of your milk of choice to a bowl or jar. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour to infuse the milk.
  • Next, pick out the marshmallow charms from the cereal. Pick out about 1 cup of marshmallows and place them in a bowl or jar. Add 1 1/2 cups of Whipped Vodka and let the marshmallows melt, infusing the vodka. Stir it well and let it sit for an hour as well
  • Take your martini glass and add a thin layer of icing around the rim. Place the marshmallows along the icing rim, alternating shapes and colors.
  • Once the cereal milk has sat for a while in the fridge, strain it into a new container.
  • Stir the marshmallow-infused vodka and ensure all of the marshmallows have melted.
  • Add Lucky Charms cereal milk, marshmallow-infused whipped vodka, Frangelico, and RumChata to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake.
  • Strain into your marshmallow rimmed martini glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Lucky Charms Martini!

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Do not over soak the cereal. It can become overly thick.
  • Taste the infused vodka before mixing to check sweetness.
  • Chill your martini glass in advance.
