Instructions

  • Place a coupe glass in the freezer to chill.
  • Add bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker with ice
  • Shake well until chilled
  • Strain into the chilled coupe glass
  • Gently float the rosé wine on top. Achieve this by slowly pouring over the back of a spoon.
  • Garnish with dried rose petals and a lemon twist.
