Add the salt and vinegar chips to the jar. Lightly crush the chips into small pieces but do not turn it to a powder. Shake and let it infuse for 4-6 hours. Strain out the chips and you have the best Salt and Vinegar Infused Vodka!
For the Cocktail:
Add Salt and Vinegar Chip Infused Vodka, dry vermouth, olive juice, and flakey sea salt to the a shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass or a coupe glass. To garnish, find a salt and vinegar chip with a curly edge and place it on the rim of the glass
Garnish with three blue cheese stuffed olives on a cocktail pick. If you want more of the vinegar taste, add a few drops of malt vinegar on top!
Serve immediately and enjoy your Salt and Vinegar Chip Martini!

Pro Tips
Use thick kettle style chips for stronger flavor during infusion.
Do not over crush the chips because powder can make the vodka cloudy.
Taste the vodka after a few hours to check the infusion strength.
