Salt and Vinegar Chip Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Salt and Vinegar Chip Infused Vodka*
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Olive Juice
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • A salt and Vinegar chip for garnish
  • Blue Cheese stuffed olives for garnish
  • Malt Vinegar to finish

*Salt and Vinegar Chip Infused Vodka:

  • 1/2 cup crushed salt and vinegar potato chips
  • 2 cups vodka
  • Mason Jar

Instructions

*Salt and Vinegar Chip Infused Vodka:

  • Add the salt and vinegar chips to the jar. Lightly crush the chips into small pieces but do not turn it to a powder. Shake and let it infuse for 4-6 hours. Strain out the chips and you have the best Salt and Vinegar Infused Vodka!

For the Cocktail:

  • Add Salt and Vinegar Chip Infused Vodka, dry vermouth, olive juice, and flakey sea salt to the a shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a martini glass or a coupe glass. To garnish, find a salt and vinegar chip with a curly edge and place it on the rim of the glass
  • Garnish with three blue cheese stuffed olives on a cocktail pick. If you want more of the vinegar taste, add a few drops of malt vinegar on top!
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Salt and Vinegar Chip Martini!

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Use thick kettle style chips for stronger flavor during infusion.
  • Do not over crush the chips because powder can make the vodka cloudy.
  • Taste the vodka after a few hours to check the infusion strength.
