Winifred – Green Apple Mimosa

1 oz sour apple liqueur
1½ oz apple juice
3 oz Prosecco
Thin green apple slice for garnish
green luster dust
purple sugar rim

Sarah – Raspberry Mimosa

1 oz raspberry liqueur such as Chambord
1½ oz white cranberry juice
3 oz Prosecco
Fresh raspberry for garnish
pink luster dust
pink sugar rim

Mary – Blood Orange Mimosa

1 oz orange liqueur such as Cointreau
1½ oz blood orange juice
3 oz Prosecco
Blood Orange wedge
gold luster dust
red sugar

Instructions

Winifred – Green Apple Mimosa

Rim a champagne flute with purple sugar
Add the sour apple liqueur and apple juice to a champagne flute.
Top with Prosecco and green luster dust and gently stir.
Garnish with a thin green apple slice.

Sarah – Raspberry Mimosa

Rim a champagne flute with pink sugar
Add the raspberry liqueur and white cranberry juice to a champagne flute.
Top with Prosecco and pink luster dust and gently stir.
Garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Mary – Blood Orange Mimosa

Rim a champagne flute with red sugar
Add the orange liqueur and pomegranate juice to a champagne flute.
Top with Prosecco and gold luster dust and gently stir.
Garnish with a blood orange wedge or a few pomegranate arils.
