Spiced Honey Ranch Water

Spiced Honey Syrup:

For the Spiced Honey Syrup:

  • Add honey and water to a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir until the honey fully dissolves
  • Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, and orange peel and bring to a light boil
  • Reduce heat to low and gently simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let steep another 10 minutes for more flavor.
  • Strain out the spices and let cool.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

For the Cocktail:

  • Rim your glass with lime juice and tajin
  • Add ice to the glass. Add LALO tequila, spiced honey syrup, and lime juice. Stir altogether until the honey syrup is dissolved.
  • Top with Topo Chico (about 3-4 oz depending on your glass size)
  • Stir and garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of honeycomb on a cocktail pick
  • Serve Immediately and enjoy your spiced honey ranch water using LALO Tequila!

Pro Tips

  • Use cold mineral water. This keeps carbonation strong and refreshing.
  • Stir before topping. Honey syrup blends better before adding bubbles.
  • Do not over-squeeze lime. Too much acid can overpower the honey.
