Ingredients

  • 2 oz Starburst Jellybean Vodka infused with Starburst Fave Reds Jellybeans: strawberry, cherry, watermelon
  • 1.5 oz watermelon schnapps
  • 1 oz vanilla simple syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • Starburst Jellybeans for garnish
  • Pink sanding sugar for rim

Instructions

*Starburst Jellybean Vodka:

  • Add 1/3 cup of red jellybeans to 2 cups of vodka in a sealed jar. Let it sit in a cool, dark place for 24–48 hours, shaking occasionally, until the vodka is fruity and lightly colored.
  • Strain out the jellybeans and keep in a sealed jar.

Cocktail:

  • Add the Starburst jellybean–infused vodka, watermelon schnapps, vanilla simple syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake well.
  • Rim your glass with lemon juice or simple syrup, then coat the rim in pink sanding sugar.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cocktail pick with Starburst jellybeans.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Starburst Jellybean Martini!

  • Let the vodka infuse long enough so the jellybean flavor fully develops.
