Strawberry Jam Paper Plane

- 0.75 oz bourbon
- 0.75 oz Aperol
- 0.75 oz Amaro Nonino
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.25 oz strawberry jam about 1 bar spoon
- 3 dashes bitters
- Strawberry for garnish
Add strawberry jam and lemon juice to a shaker and stir (or give a short dry shake) to loosen the jam.
Add bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, bitters, and ice.
Shake hard until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
Double strain into a chilled coupe or over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a slit strawberry on the rim.
