- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 lemons sliced into wheels
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- ¾ cup limoncello
- 1 bottle white wine Moscato for sweeter, Pinot Grigio for drier
- 1 can strawberry sparkling water such as Trader Joe’s Strawberry Sparkling Beverage
- Garnish: lemon wheels and mint leaves
Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice.
Add the sliced strawberries, lemon wheels, and mint leaves.
Pour in the white wine, limoncello, and strawberry sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Place the pitcher in the fridge for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
When ready to serve, pour over fresh ice in glasses and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
