Equipment

  • Large Pitcher
  • Measuring cups
  • Wine Glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 lemons sliced into wheels
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ¾ cup limoncello
  • 1 bottle white wine Moscato for sweeter, Pinot Grigio for drier
  • 1 can strawberry sparkling water such as Trader Joe’s Strawberry Sparkling Beverage
  • Garnish: lemon wheels and mint leaves

Instructions

  • Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice.
  • Add the sliced strawberries, lemon wheels, and mint leaves.
  • Pour in the white wine, limoncello, and strawberry sparkling water.
  • Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Place the pitcher in the fridge for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
  • When ready to serve, pour over fresh ice in glasses and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
