  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz hazelnut liqueur
  • 0.5 oz banana liqueur
  • 0.5 oz amaretto
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • Garnish: dried banana chip and a dusting of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the rum, hazelnut liqueur, banana liqueur, and amaretto to a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • In a separate bowl or glass, whisk the heavy cream until it thickens slightly and forms a soft foam—just enough to float.
  • Gently spoon or pour the whipped cream over the top of the cocktail.
  • Garnish with a dried banana chip and a light dusting of cinnamon.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Don’t over-whip the cream—you're aiming for a soft float, not stiff peaks.
  • Chill your glass to help keep the cream layer in place.
  • For extra texture, crush a banana chip and sprinkle a little on top.
