- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz hazelnut liqueur
- 0.5 oz banana liqueur
- 0.5 oz amaretto
- 2 oz heavy whipping cream
- Garnish: dried banana chip and a dusting of cinnamon
Add the rum, hazelnut liqueur, banana liqueur, and amaretto to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
In a separate bowl or glass, whisk the heavy cream until it thickens slightly and forms a soft foam—just enough to float.
Gently spoon or pour the whipped cream over the top of the cocktail.
Garnish with a dried banana chip and a light dusting of cinnamon.
