- 3 –4 fresh blackberries
- 6 –7 mint leaves
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 sugar cube or 1–2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Club soda to top
- Garnish: Red sugar for rim, edible silver glitter, dried lime wheel, fresh mint sprig, blackberry
In a shaker, place the mint leaves first, followed by blackberries, sugar, and lime juice.
Gently muddle to release the juices and oils, then add crushed ice and rum.
Shake until well mixed and chilled.
Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into red sugar to coat.
Pour the shaker contents into the prepared glass. Add a dash of edible silver glitter and more crushed ice.
Top with a splash of club soda.
Garnish with a mint sprig, a blackberry, and a dried lime wheel.
