Absinthe, water, and sugar in a traditional dilution ritual.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Absinthe:
  • 4 ounces Cold watee
  • Sugar cube

Instructions

  • Pour absinthe into your glass.
  • Place the absinthe spoon over the glass, and put a sugar cube on it.
  • Slowly drip cold water over the sugar cube until it dissolves into the absinthe.
  • Watch the drink turn cloudy and stir gently.
