Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1.5 oz Angostura bitters
  • 0.5 oz coconut cane rum
  • 1.5 oz coconut cream
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 3 oz coconut pineapple sparkling water to top
  • Pineapple fronds and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the coconut cane rum, Angostura bitters, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice with crushed ice.
  • Blend until smooth and well-combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a highball glass and top with more crushed ice.
  • Add the coconut pineapple sparkling water, gently stirring to combine.
  • Garnish with pineapple fronds and a lime wheel, and serve immediately.
