Ingredients
Lower Layer:
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 0.5 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice
Top Layer:
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 1.5 oz blue curaçao
- 0.5 oz lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup ice
Garnish:
Instructions
- Add the lower layer ingredients to a blender with a handful of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into your glass.
- Rinse the blender, then blend the top layer ingredients with ice until smooth.
- Slowly pour the top layer over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a defined two-tone effect.
- Garnish with cherry. Serve immediately.

- For best layering, make sure the lower layer is slightly thicker than the top. Use more ice or slightly less liquid if needed.
