- 1.5 oz gin
- 1 oz Aperol
- ¾ oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Orange slice for garnish
Add gin, Aperol, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker (no ice yet).
Shake well for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white (this is called a dry shake).
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with an orange slice.
