Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • ¾ oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Add gin, Aperol, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker (no ice yet).
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white (this is called a dry shake).
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with an orange slice.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
  • If you want extra foam, shake longer during the dry shake.
  • A fine mesh strainer helps remove any ice chips and gives a smoother pour.
