Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup
  • 3 oz caramel apple cider
  • 1 dash of cinnamon sugar plus more for rimming
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
  • 1 sprig of rosemary for garnish
  • 2 apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare your cocktail glass by rimming it with cinnamon sugar moisten the rim, then dip it into a plate of cinnamon sugar for an even coating.
  • In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon, orange liqueur, maple syrup, caramel apple cider, and a dash of cinnamon sugar. Add ice and stir thoroughly to blend the flavors.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with fresh apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
  • For a warm, aromatic touch, lightly toast the cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig. Use a lighter or culinary torch to briefly toast the top of the cinnamon stick and rosemary, releasing their festive aromas.
