  • 1.5 oz bergamot-flavored vodka
  • 0.5 oz amaretto
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz agave nectar
  • 1 egg white
  • Cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Add vodka, amaretto, lemon juice, agave, and egg white to a shaker without ice.
  • Shake hard for about 10 seconds to build a frothy texture using a dry shake.
  • Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with cherries.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • If you want more foam, extend the dry shake to 15 seconds.
  • Use a fine mesh strainer for an extra smooth pour.
  • Adjust the lemon and agave slightly to your sweetness level.
