Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz half & half
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 3 Lotus Biscoff biscuits
  • Garnish: whole Lotus biscuit
  • 0.25 oz honey for rimming
  • Crushed Lotus biscuits for rimming

Instructions

  • Rim your glass by brushing the edge with honey, then dipping it into crushed Lotus biscuits. Set aside.
  • Add vanilla vodka, half & half, banana, 3 biscuits, and a large handful of ice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Pour into your prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a whole Lotus biscuit.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Use a ripe banana for the best texture and flavor.
  • For a thicker drink, add a few extra ice cubes or a splash of cream.
  • Freeze the banana ahead of time for a colder, milkshake-like consistency.
