Ingredients

  • 1 oz Amarena cherry syrup
  • 1 Amarena cherry
  • 4 oz champagne chilled

Instructions

  • Carefully pour Amarena cherry syrup into the center of a flute glass. Take care not to drip the syrup on the sides of the glass, as it is thick and will cling to the surface.
  • Gently place an Amarena cherry into the syrup at the bottom of the glass.
  • Slowly pour chilled champagne or sparkling wine into the glass, allowing the bubbles to mix naturally with the syrup.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Bloody Champagne Bellini!

Notes

Pro Tips
  • For a more dramatic presentation, you can slightly chill the Amarena cherry syrup before adding it to the glass to create a denser, more pronounced layer at the bottom.
  • To avoid disturbing the syrup, pour the champagne slowly and steadily down the side of the glass or over the back of a spoon.
  • Garnish with a twist of lemon or orange peel for an added citrus note, if desired.
