Carefully pour Amarena cherry syrup into the center of a flute glass. Take care not to drip the syrup on the sides of the glass, as it is thick and will cling to the surface.
Gently place an Amarena cherry into the syrup at the bottom of the glass.
Slowly pour chilled champagne or sparkling wine into the glass, allowing the bubbles to mix naturally with the syrup.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Bloody Champagne Bellini!

Pro Tips
For a more dramatic presentation, you can slightly chill the Amarena cherry syrup before adding it to the glass to create a denser, more pronounced layer at the bottom.
To avoid disturbing the syrup, pour the champagne slowly and steadily down the side of the glass or over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with a twist of lemon or orange peel for an added citrus note, if desired.
