- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz triple sec
- ½ oz blueberry simple syrup
- 2 jalapeño rings for muddling
- Fresh jalapeño rings blueberries, and lime wheel (for garnish)
- Sea salt & lime zest for rimming
Prepare the Rim: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip into a mixture of sea salt and lime zest. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
Muddle: In a shaker, muddle jalapeño rings with the blueberry simple syrup.
Add & Shake: Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice. Shake well until chilled.
Strain: Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish: Top with fresh blueberries, a lime wheel, and additional jalapeño rings for a fiery finish.
